- We charge only a small platform fee to maintain the service.
- Any doctor consultation charges are paid directly to the clinic/doctor.
3. Will I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?
- Refunds depend on the clinic/doctor's cancellation policy.
- Platform fees may be non-refundable, but failed bookings or errors will be fully refunded.
4. Do I need internet access to book?
- Yes, a basic internet connection is required.
- We have optimized the app to work in low network/rural areas.
5. Is my personal data safe?
- Yes. We do not share your data with third parties.
- Only the doctor/clinic you book with can see your basic details.

- We also supply QR codes and help with placement for maximum visibility.
