ScanBookDoctor is owned and operated by Kant Brothers BookMyHelpers Pvt. Ltd.

1. Definitions

  • "Platform" – The ScanBookDoctor mobile app and website.
  • "User" – Any individual accessing or using the Platform (patients, doctors, clinics, or hospitals).
  • "Patient" – A user booking same day medical appointments via the Platform.
  • "Doctor/Clinic" – Registered healthcare professionals and facilities listed on the Platform.

2. Services Provided

  • The Platform enables Patients to book same-day doctor appointments using QR codes or online listings.
  • The Platform helps Doctors/Clinics manage appointment schedules and patient flow.
  • ScanBookDoctor acts only as a technology intermediary — not as a healthcare provider.

3. User Responsibilities

Patients:

  • Provide accurate personal details when booking appointments.
  • Arrive on time for appointments to avoid delays.
  • Pay any applicable booking/platform fees securely through the Platform.
  • Understand that ScanBookDoctor is not responsible for medical advice, treatment quality, or doctor behavior.

Doctors/Clinics:

  • Provide accurate information about clinic hours, availability, and services.
  • Honor confirmed appointments unless canceled with prior notice.
  • Use the Platform responsibly to manage schedules.
  • Maintain required medical licenses and compliance with applicable healthcare laws.

4. Fees & Payments

  • Patients may be charged a platform fee while booking appointments.
  • Doctors/Clinics may be charged a subscription fee or service fee as per chosen plan.
  • Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
  • Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or failed bookings.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Patients may cancel appointments as per clinic-specific rules.
  • Refund eligibility depends on cancellation time, doctor policies, and payment status.
  • ScanBookDoctor reserves the right to deduct platform fees or processing charges from refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ScanBookDoctor is not a medical service provider and does not guarantee the availability, qualifications, or competence of doctors.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Medical advice or treatment provided by doctors.
    • Cancellations or delays caused by doctors or patients.
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Data Privacy

  • All data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
  • Doctors receive only relevant patient details required for confirmed appointments.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and technology on the Platform are owned by Kant Brothers BookMyHelpers Pvt. Ltd.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.

9. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if users:

  • Provide false information.
  • Misuse the service.
  • Violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of District court.
